- To monitor card system transactions and implement and maintain security for systems.
- Understand about card scheme and be able to write code for small changes.
- Keep checking and monitoring system performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new features of card system to implement and improve business operation.
- Work and support closely with testing team to complete ATM project requirement/test case or our own ATM, if require.
- Work with other member bank to test ATM transactions, if require.
- Join card system upgrading and testing, if require.
- Work with Training team to provide training to end user, if require.
- Work closely with support team and vendor (if require) to solve problem related to card systems.
- Configure new card product according to business requirement and develop and implement system integration between digital channel and core banking system.
- To conduct user acceptance test (UAT) process for new feature development, customization and upgrading.
- Develop skill and knowledge of team to ensure that they can work in accordance with their role and responsibility.
- To perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.
Requirement Competencies
- Bachelor degree in field of IT, IT for Business or Finance and Banking or other equivalent fields.
- Knowledge in database design both relational and unstructured data.
- Knowledge in system design and development.
- Experience in using analytic service to analyze data.
- Experience in data tuning and database failover.
- Experience in using DDL, DML and T-SQL.
- Knowledge in loan and savings product and knowledge in cryptography.
- Strong leadership and management, good understanding, speaking and writing in English language are preferable.
- Experience in system development especially on IT systems/applications.
- Knowledge & understanding of financial institution or banking operations.
