- To maintain/develop new product on core banking system.
- To analyze & Troubleshoot issue in core banking system.
- To assist the direct manager to develop new ad-hoc request and task assigned.
- To analyze business requirement and provide feedback to requester.
- To prepare project plan and assign resources to support the plan.
- To work with other IT team to prepare environment.
- To keep monitor issue & resolve in help desk system.
- Support & monitor daily operation in core system on products and services related.
- To keep troubleshooting & analyzing for issue on other features in core banking such as SWIFT, Domestic Money Transfer, Bakong, RFT and Fast.
- To monitor services related to domestic and international remittance
- To check & monitor as quarterly for user access right matrix and tap restoration test.
- To develop skills and knowledge in role and responsibility and research and take courses to improve soft skills.
- To perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirement Competencies
- Bachelor degree in computer science or in related field.
- Understand object oriented programing concepts.
- Understand some banking products services such as remittance services, loan, savings and deposit.
- Understand arrangement architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in using Temenos T24 core banking system.
- Experience in designing and developing products or services related to remittance.
- Experience in developing routine to attach to the screen and developing deal slip format.
- Ability to work under pressure and highly self-motivated.
