  • To be responsible on controlling Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), Cash Recycle Machines (CRMs), and the Cash Replenishment Team.
  • To reconcile cash levels in ATMs and CRMs systems with transaction records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. This includes investigate and resolve any cash discrepancies promptly.
  • To ensure smooth daily cash management for all self-banking services of Woori Bank and control the ATM hopper during transit including cash collection from CRMs.
  • Supporting and assisting the senior manager in scheduling with ATM cash replenishment and cash collection from CRMs.
  • Resolve all cash issues related to self-service banking machine.
  • Overseeing the process of replenishing cash in ATMs and CRMs, ensuring that sufficient cash is available at all times.
  • Ensuring that ATM and CRM transactions are conducted in accordance with internal policies within the system.
  • Monitor cash in transit with all ATMs/CRMs offsite to ensure timely and accurate delivery/pick-up.
  • Collaborating with branch managers and vendors to coordinate the timely delivery and pick-up of cash for ATMs and CRMs.
  • Monitoring on ATM/CRM transaction performance and reviewing ATM/CRM cash limited as needed.
  • Manage cash management for ATMs, including cash loading and CRMs for machines located at off-site branches in Phnom Penh.
  • Escalate any issues that require more attention from the line manager.

Requirement Competencies

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting and Banking or relevant field.
  • Minimum two years of working experiences in cash operations or cash replenishment function with one year of supervisory experiences.
  • Leadership & Management and ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Sound understanding and hand-on experiences of cash management policies, procedures, and techniques.
  • Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English and/or other languages.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
  • Strong dedication to details and accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong dedication to details and accuracy.
