Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle and configure in the system for card related to machines/functions for new terminals.
  • Implement international payment system such as VISA/MC/NBC CSS/UPI/E-Commerce… as required by company.
  • Work closely with vendor and internal stakeholder to complete the project timely and effectively.
  • Implement and update security on card system.
  • Troubleshoot card software issue during operations to ensure smooth and mitigate risk associated with card.
  • Participate and provide feedback in regard to new project testing, project implementation and internal document guideline in order to enhance and kick off the project from development to production.
  • Provide timely system support to the end users in regard to card system inquiries/issues to ensure smooth card operations.
  • Prepare/manage SIT, UAT and Pre-production activities with vendor and project stakeholder.
  • Monitor all international payment system integration connectivity and transaction such as VISA/MC/UPI/E-Commerce etc.
  • Daily monitor all existing card systems utilize in Woori Bank to ensure the whole system are serviced up and smoothly operated.
  • Other tasks will be assigned by line manager.

Requirement Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in card system, or relevant experiences.
  • Strong research skill and knowledge in oracle database or PL/SQL.
  • Basic understanding of banking operation, ATM/CRM features, switching and component.
  • Baisc Microsoft office and Bank’s software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of software security.
  • Strong verbal & interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in designing database & APIs
