Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in NBC & digital partnership products/services testing to ensure that all functionalities are working following business requirement.
- Participate new digital-related projects as per assigned by the manager.
- Coordinate and facilitate with related team to resolve the encountered issues of NBC Services and Digital Partnership Services.
- To develop test case, and join system testing on digital partnership and NBC (Bakong, RFT, and KHQR) projects, enhancements or changes on the system.
- Facilitate cross-department meeting and actions to address operational and customer service issues, including dispute cases and complaints, and challenges raised by the field staff and customers.
- Regularly study and analyze the local and international trends on Payments and Mobile Banking Services to come up with the new practical and business-driven initiatives.
- Work closely with other relevant departments, units, and provincial branch offices to create institutional infrastructure support to ensure readiness before starting each business project in any stage (design, pilot test, and roll-out).
- Coordinate and Support digital partnership products/service development.
- Conduct competitor survey about their digital partnership products/services.
- Regularly update line management about the progress and challenges encountered during the implementation of the projects.
- Report on performance trend of products/ services of WBC to line management and other key relevant management.
- Monitor regularly and report the performance results of channel services versus target by branch.
- Evaluate the digital partnership products/services and prepare the report performance and report to line manager.
- Prepare digital partnership product/service and UX/UI skills for the future development for line management.
- Work with Training Unit to design or revise training curriculum and training materials regarding to channel service and act as one of the key trainers.
- Continuously build self-capacity and related skills, improve the performance and productivities.
- Build, coordinate, and maintain critical relationship with key development/ business partners, NBC, other MFIs, and stakeholders.
- Attend the meeting with departments, units, and others to share and discuss on operation issues and others.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by line manager and other relevant managements.
- Manage subordinators including development plan, monitoring and evaluation to the assigned task as well as the capacity building to perform their job well through continuous on the job training and other method.
- Provide support to subordinators by facilitating and encouraging them to unlock the issues and challenges.
- Provide leadership and management behavior and attitudes which exemplify and encourage others to follow WBC’s mission and core values.
Requirement Competencies
- Degree in Banking or related fields.
- Minimum 1-year experience in digital banking especially working in NBC (Bakong, RFT, KHR) or Digital Partnership Services on Mobile Banking.
- Well understanding on NBC and Digital Partnership Service and Products, Guideline and Manual establishment.
- Good Computer literacy, especially in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English.
- Have ability to work independently, self-managed, and proactively as a member of a small, busy team.
- Have high integrity, honesty, and commitment and be able to work under pressure with high tolerance.
- Have an experience in product/business/digital development in MFI/Banking institution.
- Have an experience in marketing plan and strategy in MFI/Banking institution.
- Have an experience in project management in MFI/Banking business.
