Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare work plan to ensure effective workflow.
- Support security issues & maintenance related to office and off side ATM.
- Check the availability of security equipment such as camera, fire alarm, robbery alarm, fire extinguisher, door access in all offices and ensure that it works properly, in accordance to the Office Guideline and Security Policy.
- Monitor identity and provide door access right to venders, suppliers or visitor at HO as well as branch staff.
- Assist in implementing security measures and protocols (Security Risk Assessment, and Core Security Requirement especially in new building).
- Assist in organizing the security training/first-aid training to all staff. And work with RO General Affairs staff to find local vendor in case of office or ATM Booth need repair.
- Assist in working with Office design Team and other entities in the new building to arrange security measures, all purchases for security are made.
- Ensure emergency contact Numbers (ambulance, Firefighter truck, police) are updated and available in all offices.
- Ensure emergency exit Door & Evacuation Plan are updated and available in all offices.
- Responsible for reviewing and controlling all the camera in surveillance room and communicate to all related matters to branches with recommendation for action if needed.
- Regularly monitor on security development/concerns in the country or in WBF, timely issues security advices to all employees and managers.
- Provide Security and maintenance report regularly.
- Build the self-capacity mainly related skills.
- Continuously build self-capacity and related skills, improve the performance and productivities. Implement the Performance and Development Management (PDM) system.
- Builds and maintains critical relationships with staff, managers and stakeholders.
