Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs, including organizing promotion and sales activities campaign with school (universities, high school, collages etc.)
- Coordinate the respective depts. to support the process of school banking partnership. Working closely with BD department to make MOU .
- Lead and manage acquisition sales team under supervision, take necessary actions to push acquisition performance for booth activiation.
- Monitoring HO team, Branch and CAO’s merchant & student & staff etc. from school acquisition performance, work closely with Branch Manager to take necessary actions to push performance.
- Participate in the school & bank’s marketing campaigns to promote and sell the products and services.
- Identify and approach businesses to initiate business partnership to support Merchant acquisition strategy as well(merchants at school).
- In-depth knowledge of bank’s products and services, and keep promoting to prospect customers.
- Meeting with Branch Manager, CAO for performance discussions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirement Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, marketing, sales, or any relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills & Customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent knowledge in sales and marketing skills
- Problem-solving attitude & Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Good English language in both Speaking and Writing
- General level in using Computer, Email, Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Proven and successful in managerial level experience related to Merchant Acquisition, marketing and sales, or branch management, at least 3 years in commercial bank or MDIs
- Experienced in sales or customer service.
