Duties & Responsibilities
- To prepare a plan of action covering responsibilities of this position.
- Set up clear RR of each units and department KPI and Annual Business Plan for department.
- To develop department bylaws in alignment with the company’s strategic plan.
- To prepare and manage department’s annual budget and develop and deploy branch network strategy.
- Develop and deploy ATM/CRM/Self-Banking network strategy.
- To ensure that the deployed Network (Branch & ATM/CRM/Self-Banking) are properly implemented following the branding strategy.
- Initiate creative concepts to support and promote our Network for profitability as well as operations growth.
- To implement Channel Network Strategy (Branch, ATM, CRM and Self Banking).
- To monitor the operations of new establishment/relocation and existing of channel network.
- To ensure the new setup and design of Branch, ATM, CRM and Self Banking are following the standard.
- To coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, risk, and compliance to ensure smooth and efficient ATM network operations and customer service.
- To manage cash operations to support business with coordination/support from the treasury and Ensure the auxiliary work such as security matter.
- Supervise the Team who manage ATM/CRM/Self-Banking & Ensure the support are ready in place when needed.
- To develop training materials of automation equipment related work.
- To provide leadership & guidance as well as sharing the relevant knowhow to staff within the department.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with internal staff and stakeholders to ensure open and fluid communication.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Division Head/C-levels/the BOD.
Requirement Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, Business Management or any relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in branch network management, branch operations, or a similar field.
- Excellent communication skill & negotiation skill.
- Creative and innovative to generate new ideas & initiatives for new banking business model.
- Leadership, management, and organizational skills to lead the team to achieve the goals.
- Strategic, analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English language in both Speaking and Writing.
- Proficiency in relevant software, tools, and platforms such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Proven and successful in managerial level experience related to Business and Planning Management, Partnership Development or Marketing and sales, at least 3 years in commercial bank or MDIs.
