Duties & Responsibilities
- To Develop strategy for Card acquisition.
- To manage procedure, Card product profitability and growth.
- To create and maintain documentation on E-Payment systems and processes.
- To liaise with international payment companies to explore the new card products and services.
- To improve products and services in order to acquire/retain clients and gain market shares.
- To work in relation with the other IT Teams (Network, Infrastructure, CMS, Core-Banking).
- To manage on test plan, define test scope and perform end-to-end testing to ensure the quality of the card and e-payment product deliveries.
- To manage new client implementations card scheme programming implementations (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) handling all associated interactions with processors, card manufactures and other third-party providers.
- To work with sales and marketing team on sale target and marketing related activities including campaign and promotional for Card, POS and related function.
- To provide support on investigations and resolution of issues relating to card scheme.
- To write test plan, define test scope and perform end-to-end testing to ensure the quality of the card, merchant service, internet banking and mobile app; also end user deliveries.
- To manage new client implementations card scheme programming implementations handling all associated interactions with processors, card manufactures and other third-party providers.
- To perform basic troubleshooting and handle the operations of different systems / applications and report any errors or bugs and participate in work around and applying solutions.
Requirement Competencies
- Bachelor Degree in Finance and Banking or related fields.
- Fluent using English written and verbal.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in card management system or other similar experience.
- Good knowledge of Card Product (CSS, VISA, MC & UPI) and E-Payment Solution etc.
- Be proactive and good teamwork and customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Honestly, commitment and hard work.
