Duties & Responsibilities
- To prepare a plan of action covering responsibilities of this position.
- To assist HOD to prepare Annual Business Plan for department.
- To develop department bylaws in alignment with the company’s strategic plan.
- To develop and deploy branch network strategy.
- To develop and deploy ATM/CRM/Self-Banking network strategy.
- To ensure that the deployed Network (Branch & ATM/CRM/Self-Banking) are properly implemented following the branding strategy.
- To implement Channel Network Strategy (Branch, ATM, CRM and Self Banking).
- To monitor the operations of new establishment/relocation and existing of channel network.
- Ensure the new setup and design of Branch, ATM, CRM and Self Banking are following the standard.
- Supervise the Team who manage ATM/CRM/Self-Banking & Ensure the support are ready in place when needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal staff and stakeholders to ensure open and fluid communication.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Division Head/ Department Head.
Requirement Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, Business Management or any relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in branch network management, branch operations, or a similar field
- Excellent communication skill & negotiation skill.
- Creative and innovative to generate new ideas & initiatives for new banking business model.
- Leadership, management, and organizational skills to lead the team to achieve the goals.
- Strategic, analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English language in both Speaking and Writing.
- Proficiency in relevant software, tools, and platforms such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel.
