Duties & Responsibilities
- To lead, develop and manage Security Operations team with a focus on quality process.
- To monitor and analyze activity on networks, servers, endpoints, databases, applications, websites, ATM/CRM and malicious transaction and other systems, looking for anomalous activity that could be indicative of a security incident or compromise.
- To ensure that security incidents are correctly identified, analyzed, defended, investigated, and reported.
- To manage the cyber incident response plan, respond to incidents in accordance with response plan.
- To perform daily, weekly, and monthly reports and analyze suspicious events and reported from employee.
- To monitor and generate threat report, threat prevention, offensive investigation, VPN failed login and suspicious email.
- To ensure the SOC is equipped with the necessary tools and technologies.
- To process Development: Develop and implement SOC processes and procedures.
- To provide regular reports on SOC activities and incident trends.
- To oversee incident detection, analysis, containment, and eradication.
- To provide day-to-day behavior and attitudes, which exemplify, and encourage others to follow WBC mission, vision and core values.
- To ensure on time implementation of PDM performance development, coaching and annual appraisal.
- To perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirement Competencies
- Relevant IT qualification to Computer Science or Information Technology.
- At least 4 years of information security experiences or IT audit.
- Proven experience of implementing, monitoring and investigating on cybersecurity matter.
- Experience with common information security management frameworks, such as International Standards Organisation (ISO) 27001, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
- Proven experience in the implementation and monitoring of service performance KPIs, performance metrics, service standards and agreements
- Experience of implementing and managing endpoint security system, web application security system, data loss prevention system and Privileged Account Management system.
- Demonstrated ability to apply IT-related knowledge and experience in solving compliance issues.
