Duties & Responsibilities

This position is to ensure the NBC and digital partnership integration projects through Woori Bank digital platforms are implemented and follow NBC compliancy successfully. To lead NBC and digital partnership projects and delivery the mechanism by establishing SMART implementation projects of product design, pilot test, and roll-out, monitoring and evaluating the performance and operations to ensure customer services satisfaction with effective cost management.

  • Participate in Enhancement NBC Services such (Bakong, RFT, KHQR) followed NBC specification documents and instruction.
  • Participate in NBC & digital partnership products/services testing to ensure that all functionalities are working following business requirement.
  • Implement new digital banking functionalities on top of the existing functionalities and any other third-party integration project
  • Lead and manage NBC and digital partnership integration projects to deliver into productions.
  • Managing new product launching and conduct training sessions about the new products to relevant staff/departments
  • Monitoring the current market trend and planning new products to be in align with the institution’s strategies and propose tor management for approval new products
  • To develop on product policies, manual, guideline and process related to digital product to have proper processes and maintain high level of security.
  • To develop test case and join system testing on digital partnership and NBC (Bakong, RFT, and KHQR) projects, enhancements or changes on the system.

Requirement Competencies

  • Bachelor degree in Banking or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital banking especially digital product development, project management, digital partnership integration, NBC digital services such as Bakong, KHQR, Real-time fund transfer and policies and manual and guideline establishment.
  • Good Computer literacy, especially in Ms. Office such as Ms. Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English
  • Have ability to work independently, self-managed, and proactively as a member of a small, busy team.
  • Have high integrity, honesty, and commitment and be able to work under pressure with high tolerance.
