Duties & Responsibilities
- On boarding internet banking & Firm Banking follow operational work.
- Monitor and review on digital product performance and recommend to improvement.
- Support bank project with user acceptance test activities leading to official launch.
- Gather all the require data from the relevant people or departments and analyze the function , operation and identify problem areas ( Operational issue , process issue , Technical issue).
- Monitor regularly and report the performance results of channel services versus target by branch.
- Collect and conduct the survey in order improve current product
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by line manager and other relevant managements.
Requirement Competencies
- Degree in Banking or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital banking especially working in digital product (Mobile app, Internet Banking, Cash Management System).
- Good understanding on digital banking products, Internet app/Internet Banking/ policies and procedure establishment.
- Good Computer literacy, especially in Ms. Office, Ms. Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English.
- Have high integrity, honesty, and commitment and be able to work under pressure with high tolerance.
- Have at least 2years working experience in the financial sectors (MFI, Bank, or Payment Service Provider) related to channel banking, payment service, local and/or international remittance, sale relationship management, and/or customer service is an advantage to this role.
- Ability to work effectively in team environment.
- Negotiate and internal relationship building.
- Have ability to work independently, self-managed.
- Have an ability to manage multi-tasks simultaneously to deadline.
- Have an experience in product/business/digital development in MFI/Banking institution.
- Have an experience in marketing plan and strategy in MFI/Banking institution.
- Have an experience in project management in MFI/Banking business.
