Duties & Responsibilities

  • To provide strategic inputs for institutional strategy plan and business plan.
  • To prepare business plan growth target for Operations and Monitor business KPIs of the branch.
  • Push for achievement of Branch and Company’s KPIs by initiating growth strategy and performance review.
  • Drive a Deposit sales function ensuring achievement of annual targets.
  • Drive Merchant acquisition’s function ensuring achievement of annual targets.
  • To propose related inputs for the Bank’s strategic plan, business investments, and annual business plan.
  • To review performance of branch, management quality, staffing, potentiality, and future forecast upon the branch strategy for a proper target allocation.
  • Regularly review performance, do evaluations scoring and ranking, and communicate to all branch timely.
  • To conduct frequent meetings with OM to flexible channel/tool to orient/direct them to achieve set business objectives.
  • Develop sales strategy including promotions, target sales, sales network building.
  • Develop acquisitions strategy including promotions, target sales, partnership program for mass acquisitions.

Requirement Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, marketing, sales, or any relevant field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experiences in branch network management, branch operations, or similar field.
  • Excellent communication skills & Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent knowledge in sales and marketing skills.
  • Creative and innovative to generate new ideas & initiatives for new banking business model.
  • Strategic, analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude & Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, tools, and platforms such as Outlook, Microsoft word, excel.
