Senior Officer, Office Design

• To develop the office building design with detail floor plan.
• Determine the material to be used and specify the requirement for the project.
• Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolving any related problems that may arise during construction.
• To assist in negotiation with landlord on decorated and design agreement.
• Ensure all office designs are properly completed within the deadline.
• Assist in office set-up planning and execution.
• Assist in implementing office standard guideline.
• Coordinate with Office Support & Marketing Team to ensure that Woori Bank Cambodia offices are well decorated according to standard requirement.
• Ensure all offices at Regional and Branch offices are well organized and followed the decoration plan.
• Deal with suppliers to ensure office decoration and designs are followed the plan.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Graduate of an accredited architecture or design bachelor’s degree.
• Good understanding and comment of English including speaking and writing.
• At least 2 years’ experience on banking exterior/interior design or Construction Company.
• Ability to work under pressure and highly self-motivated.
• Able to travel throughout the provincial.
• Working knowledge of the commercial architecture and/or design industry.
• Functional knowledge of working drawings and procedures.
• Advanced interior architectural detailing skills.
• Working knowledge of furnishings and equipment.
• Familiar with the concepts of furniture layout.
• Extensive knowledge of the range of design principles and aesthetics.
• Advanced sketching and rendering skills.
• Intermediate MS Office application skills and AutoCAD skills.
• Basic Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop and 3D software skills.
