Duties & Responsibilities
- On boarding internet banking & Firm Banking follow operational work.
- Monitor and review on digital product performance and recommend to improvement.
- To support bank project with user acceptance test activities leading to official launch.
- Gather all the require data from the relevant people or departments and analyze the function, operation and identify problem areas (Operational issue, process issue, technical issue).
- Monitor regularly and report the performance results of channel services versus target by branch.
- Collect and conduct the survey in order improve current product.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by line manager and other relevant managements.
Requirement Competencies
- Degree in Banking or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in digital banking especially working in digital product (Mobile app, Internet Banking, Cash Management System).
- Good understanding on digital banking products, Internet app/Internet Banking/ policies and procedure establishment.
- Good Computer literacy, especially in Ms. Office, Ms. Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English.
- Have ability to work independently, self-managed, and proactively as a member of a small, busy team.
- Have high integrity, honesty, and commitment and be able to work under pressure with high tolerance.
